We want you to absolutely love PLNDSKI — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a FREE return or exchange.


✅ Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and sent back in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned.


🔁 How to start a return

  1. Email plndskicontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.
