Please note that colours, finishes, and product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain products.

Our jewellery is covered by a 1-year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers replacement products only and does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
